TERMS & CONDITIONS (Wholesale)
Minimum order: 10 cases
All orders are processed after 100% payment is received.
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Freight Pickup and Delivery
When picking up a shipment at a freight terminal or receiving a delivery, please check for visible signs of damage or tampering, such as torn or loose wrap, opened or missing cases, crushed boxes, or other obvious signs of handling issues or theft.
If any of these conditions are present, please:
Take clear photos and/or video immediately
Note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing, when applicable
Request acknowledgment or signature from the terminal staff or driver, when available
This documentation is required for us to submit a freight or insurance claim. Claims cannot be processed without appropriate documentation.
Best Before / Best By Date
Timbo’s Licorice products display a “Best Before” date in accordance with European regulations. Licorice is a non-perishable product, and this date is not an expiration date.
Due to wholesale case quantities and inventory logistics, there may be occasional instances where products are delivered close to or beyond the Best Before date. When properly stored, these products remain safe and sellable.
Orders are not refundable solely based on the Best Before date.
Damaged or Unsellable Product
If a product is received in a condition that is unsellable (e.g. damage, contamination, or quality issues), the customer must provide clear photos and/or video documentation within a reasonable time after delivery.
Upon review and approval, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.
Restriction on Wholesale, Distribution, and Resale
The purchase of our products is for retail use only and does not grant any wholesale, distribution, or resale rights unless explicitly approved by us in writing.
